Please note: there will be no shipping in the week of May 25 - May 30. Orders placed between May 23 and May 30 will ship starting May 31.

Shipping & Processing
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
As a small, independently run shop, I personally prepare and ship each order. In most cases, orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or occasional scheduling changes. If there is ever a delay beyond 3 business days, you will be notified.
Shipping & Tracking
We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update once scanned by Canada Post.
Shipping costs
(All prices are in Canadian Dollars)
Orders $1 - $199 before taxes: Flat Rate Shipping $20
Orders over $200 CAD before taxes qualify for free shipping with code SHIPMEFREE at checkout.
Local Pickup
You are welcome to pick up your order at our downtown Canmore location. In most cases, your order will be ready for pickup the next business day. Please wait for an email confirmation from us with further instructions.
Local Delivery
We offer free delivery within Canmore, AB. Please select the applicable option at checkout (available after entering your address).
Local deliveries are typically completed within one week. If you need your order sooner, please select the Local Pickup option instead.
Return Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible - I’m always happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted for unused items returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be in original packaging
Yarn must be unwound and in its original form
Products must be unused and in new condition
Knit Adventures reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet these requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or damaged item.
Local customers are welcome to return items in person at our downtown Canmore location.
Final Sale Items
Discounted items and sale items are final sale.
